Nextkuum is the legal entity that carries out formula development, production orders, testing, mass production and registration on the brand's behalf. We take on the work, not the advisory role.
Process
At every stage we tell you in advance what has to be fixed before the next one can start. Going backwards is the expensive part.
Target sensory profile, ingredient direction, competitor analysis
Formula fixed with the manufacturer, raw material supply and unit cost reviewed
Physical samples reviewed and revised, fragrance and colour adjusted
Stability testing, and human application testing where required
Purchase order, packaging components, production schedule and quality checks
Korean registration and the documentation for each export market

Regulatory
Every country asks for different documents in a different order. Below are the routes Nextkuum has actually run.
Korea
Working with the manufacturer, we handle the ingredient list, the mandatory label particulars and advertising claim review, everything domestic distribution requires.
United States
We establish what US sales require, including facility registration, product listing and naming a responsible person, and prepare the documentation.
India
We are taking the hair colour line through Indian import registration, and we share what we learn with brands looking at South Asia.
